The platform facilitates peer-to-peer transactions and does not take custody of funds or goods during the transaction process.

As a user of BonkMarket, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your listings
• Only list items you legally own and have the right to sell
• Complete transactions in good faith
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and property of other users
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities

The following items and activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal goods or services
• Stolen or counterfeit items
• Weapons, drugs, or other dangerous materials
• Adult content or services
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior

All transactions are conducted using cryptocurrency on the Solana blockchain. BonkMarket charges a 2% platform fee on completed transactions.

Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Users are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming.

BonkMarket does not provide escrow services. Users transact directly with each other at their own risk.

BonkMarket is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, the quality of goods sold, or any losses incurred during transactions.

Users acknowledge the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain technology.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Users may discontinue use of the service at any time by disconnecting their wallet.

The BonkMarket platform, including its design, code, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
